Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed on muntahasidr.com. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We sell from a single 300 kg bulk drum; once a weight variant sells out, it will not be available again until the next harvest.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

3. Shipping

We ship to Australia only via AusPost. Orders are packed and dispatched after payment clears, and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery timeframe: Published at launch. Free shipping applies to orders over $100 AUD; otherwise a flat $10 shipping fee applies.

4. Refunds

Refunds, replacements and returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Authenticity

Muntaha Sidr is single-origin sidr honey from Karak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is from the same Ziziphus genus as Yemeni sidr, but a different species. Every batch is lab-tested and the certificate ships in your box. Pure single-origin honey — nothing added.
