We pack every order in Australia and use AusPost for delivery. Honey is a fragile product — we take care with packaging.

Shipping

• Destination: Australia only. We do not ship internationally.
• Carrier: AusPost (labels created manually for each order).
• Dispatch: After payment clears.
• Delivery: Published at launch
• Free shipping: Orders over $100 AUD ship free; otherwise $10 flat.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Returns & refunds

• Broken or leaking on arrival: send us a photo and we replace it at our cost, or refund you if you prefer. No need to post it back.
• Lost in transit: we chase AusPost and send a replacement or a refund.
• Everything else: see our Refund Policy.
